Jim Mottola, Qualifying Broker
Bio:
A native of Newnan and Coweta County, Jim Mottola is Qualifying Broker of Parks & Mottola Realty, LLC. His experience and knowledge of the market are invaluable assets for buyers and sellers. Active in the community both personally and professionally, Jim sits on the Board of the Development Authority of Coweta County. He is President of the Homeowners Association and developer of Lake Redwine Plantation, a 1,300-acre, master planned community. Jim is Chairman of the Executive Committee for OutMed, LLC, an investment group headquartered in Newnan. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Newnan Country Club; Orchard Hills Golf, Inc., developer and owner of a 27-hole golf course; Stillwood Farms, a 345-acre mixed use, master-planned community; and the Villages of Calumet, a 350-acre, master-planned community. Jim received a BBA from the University of Georgia and resides in Newnan. He serves on the Board of the West Central Technical College Foundation and previously served on a committee appointed by the City of Newnan to address low-income housing and neighborhood redevelopment.

Bio:
Lisa Hines has a long, impressive history with Parks & Mottola. With the company for more than 20 years, she has served a vital role in the organization's success with commercial sales and development. Lisa worked in variety of real estate roles. She developed Parks & Mottola's Relocation Program and served as its Director for eight years. Lisa is a graduate of the Georgia Realtors Institute and a member of the National Association of Realtors. Lisa is a member of the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors where, in 1991, she served as President. Lisa and her husband Jim (also a Parks & Mottola agent) reside in Newnan.
