Howard Pickens "Pick" Parks, Jr. is co-founder and Associate Broker of Parks & Mottola Realty, LLC. A native and lifetime resident of Newnan, Pick offers an unparalleled understanding of the community and its real estate market. With a BA degree and major in Real Estate and Urban Development from the University of Georgia and more than 30 years experience as a licensed realtor, Pick is a full-time professional. He is an active life member of the Million Dollar Club, the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors, and the Newnan-Coweta Chamber of Commerce. Pick is also active in the community. He is past Director of the local Board of Realtors. Pick and his wife Dey have two children and reside in Newnan.

Bio:
Ed Moor is another veteran agent at Parks & Mottola. He graduated from the University of Georgia in 1966 and then served three and a half years in the U.S. Marine Corps. After earning his Georgia Real Estate License in 1973, he worked in the farm and timberland market. In 1979 he moved from Atlanta to Newnan and joined Parks & Mottola 10 years later. He specializes in land/rural properties. Ed and his wife Mary Wood are equestrian enthusiasts. They reside in Moreland with their horses.
