Bio:
A native of Newnan and Coweta County, Jim Mottola is Qualifying Broker of Parks & Mottola Realty, LLC. His experience and knowledge of the market are invaluable assets for buyers and sellers. Active in the community both personally and professionally, Jim sits on the Board of the Development Authority of Coweta County. He is President of the Homeowners Association and developer of Lake Redwine Plantation, a 1,300-acre, master planned community. Jim is Chairman of the Executive Committee for OutMed, LLC, an investment group headquartered in Newnan. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Newnan Country Club; Orchard Hills Golf, Inc., developer and owner of a 27-hole golf course; Stillwood Farms, a 345-acre mixed use, master-planned community; and the Villages of Calumet, a 350-acre, master-planned community. Jim received a BBA from the University of Georgia and resides in Newnan. He serves on the Board of the West Central Technical College Foundation and previously served on a committee appointed by the City of Newnan to address low-income housing and neighborhood redevelopment.

Noelle brings years of experience and numerous awards for top performance to Parks & Mottola. She was named "Top Listing Agent" and "Top Producer" during her first year in real estate in Asheville, North Carolina, before moving to Newnan. With a background that includes a BS in Business Management (major in Marketing), her varied interests have led to successful careers in advertising, retail and direct sales. Noelle found her niche when she discovered a passion for real estate, for which all her sales experience - and moving - had prepared her. After moving several times with her family (husband Howard is Director of Nutritional Services for Piedmont-Newnan Hospital), she felt at ease in helping others to prepare to sell their homes or help them in searching for a new home. Sharing her own experiences (of house-hunting in several new communities) with families wanting to engage in life in a new community is a natural fit. "As much as my family loves being involved in all that Newnan and Coweta County have to offer, I don't believe that I'll have much difficulty convincing others that this is the right location for them," she says. Having grown up with five siblings and spending summers out-of-doors at the family's summer home in the mountains of Pennsylvania, Noelle has passed a love of sports to her own three children. Eleanor Lawson recently earned her Georgia Real Estate license following the successful completion of her pre-license education from the Georgia Institute of Real Estate. She also holds a BA in history from San Francisco State University and earned a paralegal certificate from Emory. Prior to joining Parks & Mottola, Eleanor worked in a law office. Her personal home-buying experiences and her desire to work with people inspired Eleanor to pursue a career in real estate. Newnan native Leslie Binion has been a licensed real estate agent since 2006. She holds a BA from Florida State University. Leslie also attended Southern College of Technology (now Southern Polytechnic Institute). Prior to real estate, Leslie worked at her family's business, Brown Steel Contractors, owned and operated by her parents, Mrs. Pat Brown and the late Sam Brown. Van Mottola is a Coweta County native. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in finance. While in school he was a member of the Kappa Alpha fraternity. Son of broker/owner Jim Mottola, Van followed in his father's real estate footsteps first as a land agent with Georgia Land Resources, LLC, a division of Mossy Oak Properties. Later he joined Parks & Mottola Realty as a full-time real estate agent. Growing up as an active outdoorsman helped shape Van's interest in and appreciate for nature and land. Solange Pfahl joined Parks & Mottola following an extensive career in accounting and risk management with Pilot Travel Centers and SunTrust Bank. Solange now brings her business savvy and eye for detail to a real estate career, after years of buying and selling personal properties, dabbling in condominiums and auctions. Solange is a member of the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors. Originally from Brazil, Solange is multilingual, fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, and also conversant in Italian.
